This Beaux Arts and Italianate styled building was designed by noted NY architect William L. Stoddart. View current restoration efforts, see the lobby’s Tiffany glass dome and view Midtown from the building’s rooftop terrace where it is said Enrico Caruso serenaded guests. The building will celebrate its 100 year anniversary throughout 2013 with a variety of educational and entertaining events.

The Ponce & CIRCA

The building converted to a condominium in 1982 when its Beaux Arts and Italianate finishes were thoroughly restored. It currently includes 61 exclusive residences ranging from studio apartments to 4000 square foot three bedroom units. CIRCA is an auxiliary organization of The Atlanta Preservation Center. It is an educational and social group that meets monthly with behind-the-scenes tours of select Atlanta historic sites.
