2017 Phoenix Flies Event Program and Reservation Information

The Phoenix Flies Celebration is fast approaching, and we know you are excited to get into some of the most interesting events happening this spring. Below is the downloadable version of the 2017 Phoenix Flies program. Please refer to the program for information regarding dates, start times and reservation requirements. 1. How do I request a reservation?

Review your event information for reservation instructions.  Not all events require reservations, while some reservations should be made with a specific Preservation Partner. See your event listing for specific details.

IMPORTANT:  We will begin accepting reservations from current APC members on Wednesday, February 22.  On Friday, March 3, we will begin accepting reservations from the public.  All events will be free to the public.

2.  My event information says to call (404) 688-3353, Ext. 15. What do I do next?

For reservations handled by the APC, please call us at the number in the booklet (404-688-3353, Ext. 15), as reservations will not be accepted by email unless otherwise noted.  At the voicemail prompt, please leave a message with the following critical information. Calls to other extensions will result in a delay processing your request.

·        Your first and last name

·        A daytime phone number where we can readily reach you with any reservation questions or concerns

·        The event you would like to attend, with your chosen date and time

·        The total number people in your party.   

3.  Does leaving a message at (404) 688-3353, Ext. 15 mean that I have a reservation?

No. An APC representative will call you regarding your request. Please understand:  your reservation is NOT confirmed until APC has notified you.  All reservation requests will be called in the order they were received.  We appreciate your patience.

4.  When will I get a call back?

The Atlanta Preservation Center makes every effort to respond to reservation requests within 24 hours and we will be returning your call from Monday to Friday from approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm. Due to staffing limitations, APC cannot guarantee to return calls on weekends or outside of those hours.  If you need to make or cancel a request, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability for yourself or others.

5.  What is your cancellation policy for outdoor events?

Cancellations for the Atlanta Preservation Center's guided walking tours due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the tour guides. For outdoor events from our Phoenix Flies partners, any cancellation will be at the discretion of the individual organizations regarding their outdoor events.
